Hi Friends !!!
Today i will talk about David Beriain, he was a spanish journalist who was born on August 12,1977 and died during a reportage in Burkina Faso on April 21, 2021, Jihadist assasinated him . He was especialized in investigative journalism, hes favorite topics was armed conflicts around the world.
David Berian make a lot of documentaries in many countries like Colombia, Mexico, Italy, Kenia or Congo for example. The audiovisual content was broadcasted in Discovery Channel and Youtube allowing a great diffusion around young people.
I really like the content of David Beriain because it manages to inform and visualize the most dangerous areas in the world. Hes documentaries about the italian mafia give me goose bumps but makes me dream about my future in this career.
The danger was not a problem for him, but unfortunately he suffered an armed attack in Burkina Faso and died (hes friend and cameraman Roberto Fraile passed away to) at the hand of terrorist groups.
He is a journalist who inspires me, in my blog I talk about Miguel Gil, a correspondent who also died in Africa
